§ 28-42-66 Penalty for violationsgenerally. – Any violation of any provision of chapters 42 – 44 of this title or of anyorder, rule, or regulation of the board of review after consultation with thedirector, for which a penalty is neither prescribed above nor provided by anyother applicable statute, shall be punished by a fine of not less than twentydollars ($20.00) nor more than fifty dollars ($50.00), or by imprisonment notlonger than thirty (30) days, or by both the fine and imprisonment.
