SECTION 28-45-11

   § 28-45-11  Applicability of chapter.– The provisions of this chapter shall apply to a firm, person, corporation, ororganization of employees or an association of employers only after thatperson, firm, corporation, or organization of employees or association ofemployers has voluntarily elected to conform to its provisions.
