§ 28-46-10 Rules and regulations ofdirector. – The director may promulgate rules and regulations to provide for the efficientadministration of the provisions of this chapter applicable to him or her, orto clarify those provisions as may be necessary to effectuate the purposes ofthis chapter. The director may use the facilities and personnel of thedepartment of labor and training and any appropriations available to carry outhis or her duties and responsibilities under this chapter.
