SECTION 28-5.1-13

   § 28-5.1-13  Private educationinstitutions. – The state equal opportunity office shall review all private educationalinstitutions licensed or chartered by the state, including professional,business, and vocational training schools. These state licensed or charteredinstitutions shall at the request of the board of regents of elementary andsecondary education be required to show compliance with the state policy ofnondiscrimination and affirmative action in their student admissions,employment, and other practices as a condition of continued participation inany state program or of eligibility to receive any form of state assistance.
