SECTION 28-5-37

   § 28-5-37  Posting of statutory provisions.– Every employer, employment agency, and labor union subject to this chaptershall post in a conspicuous place or places on his or her premises a notice tobe prepared or approved by the commission, which shall set forth excerpts ofthis chapter and any other relevant information which the commission deemsnecessary to explain the chapter. Any employer, employment agency, or laborunion refusing to comply with the provisions of this section shall be punishedby a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than fivehundred dollars ($500).
