SECTION 28-5-39

   § 28-5-39  Severability. – If any clause, sentence, paragraph, or part of this chapter or its applicationto any person or circumstance, is, for any reason, adjudged by a court ofcompetent jurisdiction to be invalid, that judgment shall not affect, impair,or invalidate the remainder of this chapter or its application to other personsor circumstances.
