§ 28-53-6 Custodian – Orders forpayment. – The general treasurer of the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantationsshall be the custodian of such fund and the state controller is herebyauthorized and empowered to draw orders upon the general treasurer upon receiptof duly authenticated vouchers.
