SECTION 28-7-24

   § 28-7-24  Discontinuance of strike orother activity as condition of board action. – The board shall not require as a condition of taking action or issuing anyorder under this chapter that employees on strike or engaged in any otherlawful, concerted activity shall discontinue that strike or that activity.
