SECTION 28-7-32

   § 28-7-32  Expedition of judicialproceedings. – Petitions filed under this chapter shall be heard expeditiously and shall beconsidered and determined upon the transcript filed, without requirement ofprinting. Upon the filing of a record in the superior court, the case shall beheard with greatest possible expedition, and shall take precedence over allother matters except matters of the same character.
