§ 28-9.4-7 Supervision of elections.– The state labor relations board shall prescribe the method of petitioning foran election, the manner, place, and time of conducting the election, and shallsupervise all elections to insure against interference, restraint,discrimination, or coercion from any source. Complaints of interference,restraint, discrimination, or coercion shall be heard and dealt with by thelabor relations board as provided in chapter 7 of this title. All unfair laborpractices enumerated in § 28-7-13 are unfair labor practices for amunicipal employer.
