SECTION 28-9-14

   § 28-9-14  Arbitration as specialproceeding – Jurisdiction of superior court. – Arbitration of a controversy under a contract or submission described in thischapter shall be deemed a special proceeding, of which the superior court forthe county in which one of the parties resides or is doing business, or inwhich the arbitration was held, shall have jurisdiction.
