SECTION 3-7-17

   § 3-7-17  Discretionary fees. – Where it is provided that a license fee shall be from a minimum to a maximumsum, the amount within those limits shall be fixed in the discretion of theissuing body, but in any city or town the fee for retailers' licenses shall beuniform in every class.
