SECTION 3-8-14

   § 3-8-14  Sale of beverages by bottle.– The department of business regulation shall adopt rules and regulationsauthorizing the holders of Class B-V licenses issued pursuant to this title tosell aquardiente by the bottle, for consumption on the premises of the licenseholder because this beverage is generally purchased by the bottle by ethnictradition.
