SECTION 3-8-3

   § 3-8-3  Suspension of license foremployment of underage bartender. – Any licensee who violates, or permits to be violated, the provisions of §3-8-2 is subject to the suspension of license for a period of at least three(3) calendar days for the first offense. If additional violations occur, thenumber of calendar days of suspension shall be determined by the department.
