SECTION 30-13-11

   § 30-13-11  Confinement in jails. –Persons confined other than in a guard house, whether before, during, or aftertrial by a military court, shall be confined in civil jails, penitentiaries, orprisons designated by the governor or by that person as he or she may authorizeto act.
