SECTION 30-13-111

   § 30-13-111  Drunk on duty – Sleepingon post – Leaving post before relief. – Any person subject to this code who is found drunk on duty or sleeping upon hisor her post, or who leaves his post before being regularly relieved, shall bepunished as a court-martial may direct.
