SECTION 30-13-120

   § 30-13-120  General disorders and neglect.– Though not specifically mentioned in this code, all disorders and neglects tothe prejudice of good order and discipline in the state military forces, ofwhich persons subject to this code may be guilty, shall be taken cognizance ofby a general, special, or summary court-martial, according to the nature anddegree of the offense, and shall be punished at the discretion of that court.However, cognizance may not be taken of, and jurisdiction may not be extendedto, the crimes of murder, manslaughter, rape, robbery, maiming, sodomy, arson,extortion, assault, burglary, or housebreaking, jurisdiction of which isreserved to civil courts.
