SECTION 30-13-14

   § 30-13-14  Delivery of offenders to civilauthorities. – (a) Under such regulations as may be prescribed under this code, a personsubject to this code who is accused of an offense against civil authority maybe delivered, upon request, and upon direction of the governor so to do, to thecivil authority for trial.

   (b) When delivery under this section is made to any civilauthority of a person undergoing sentence of a court-martial, and the delivery,if followed by conviction in a civil tribunal, interrupts the execution of thesentence of the court-martial, the offender, after having answered to the civilauthorities for his or her offense, shall, upon the request of competentmilitary authority, be returned to military custody for the completion of hisor her sentence.
