SECTION 30-17-5

§ 30-17-5 Veterans' claims assistance.[Repealed effective July 1, 2010.]. – Upon request, the director of the department of human services, or his or herdesignee, shall, in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations of thedepartment of veterans' affairs of the United States, prepare and present allveterans' pension and compensation claims qualifying under the provisions of§ 42-12-5. The department of human services shall render this assistancewithout charge to the claimant for the assistance.
