SECTION 30-22-1

   § 30-22-1  World War II veterans. –The provisions of all of the statutes of this state granting benefits orprivileges to veterans of any war in which the United States of America hasheretofore been engaged, or to the widow or widower or domestic partner orother surviving kin of deceased veterans of that war, shall hereafter beconstrued to provide for like benefits and privileges for any veteran of WorldWar II who has heretofore or may hereafter be honorably discharged from thearmed forces of this nation, and to the widow or widower or domestic partner orother surviving kin of deceased veteran of that war.
