§ 30-5-9 Applicability of national guardprovisions. – Except as otherwise prescribed in chapters 1 – 14 of this title and in therules and regulations to be established by the governor, which rules andregulations shall have the force of law, the provisions of law and theregulations in respect to the national guard, where applicable, shall apply tothe unorganized militia when called for active duty.
