SECTION 31-10.3-24

   § 31-10.3-24  Renewals. – (a) Every commercial license shall be renewable on or forty-five (45) daysbefore its expiration upon application, payment of all required fees, andsatisfactory completion of any examination required by federal or state law orregulation.

   (b) Any applicant for renewal of a commercial license, whoselicense has expired, been suspended, revoked, cancelled, or otherwise withdrawnin excess of one year, shall be required to successfully complete allappropriate examinations, which shall include all tests required upon theoriginal application.
