SECTION 31-10.3-37

   § 31-10.3-37  Prohibition on maskingconvictions. – No representative of the district court or traffic tribunal may utilize theprovisions of §§ 12-10-12, 12-18-3 or through any other programs,mask, defer imposition of judgment or allow an individual to enter a diversionprogram that would prevent a CDL driver's conviction for any violation, in anytype of motor vehicle, of a state or local traffic control law (except aparking violation) from appearing on the driver's record, whether the driverwas convicted for an offense committed in the state where the driver islicensed or in another state.
