§ 31-10-11 Application forms –Destruction of refused applications. – Every application for an instruction permit or for an operator's or chauffeur'slicense shall be made upon a form furnished by the division of motor vehicles.Applications of unsuccessful applicants may be destroyed after a period ofthirty (30) days from the date of the failure to pass the required examination.
