SECTION 31-10-6.4

   § 31-10-6.4  Violations. – It is unlawful for the holder of a limited learner's permit, a temporary permitor a limited provisional license to drive a motor vehicle in violation of therestrictions that apply to that permit or license. Failure to comply with arestriction concerning time of driving or the presence of a supervising driverin the vehicle constitutes operating a motor vehicle without a license. Failureto comply with any other restriction, including seating and passengerlimitations, is an infraction punishable by a monetary fine of eighty-fivedollars ($85.00) for the first offense, ninety-five dollars ($95.00) for thesecond offense, and one hundred dollars ($100.00) for a third or any subsequentoffenses.
