SECTION 31-11-1

§ 31-11-1 Authority of division of motorvehicles to cancel license. – (a) The division of motor vehicles is authorized to cancel any operator's orchauffeur's license upon determining that the licensee was not entitled to itsissuance pursuant to this title or that the licensee failed to give therequired or correct information in his or her application, or committed anyfraud in making the application.

(b) Upon the cancellation, the licensee must surrender thecancelled license to the division of motor vehicles.
