§ 31-11-12 Operation under foreign licenseduring suspension or revocation in this state prohibited. – Any resident or nonresident whose operator's or chauffeur's license, or rightor privilege to operate a motor vehicle in this state, has been suspended orrevoked as provided in this chapter, shall not operate a motor vehicle in thisstate under a license, permit, or registration certificate issued by any otherjurisdiction or otherwise during or after the suspension or revocation until heor she has been restored to the right to drive as provided in this chapter.
