SECTION 31-18-1

   § 31-18-1  Applicability of regulations topedestrians. – Pedestrians shall be subject to traffic control signals at intersections asprovided in §§ 31-13-6 and 31-13-7, unless required by localordinance to comply strictly with the signals, but at all other placespedestrians shall be accorded the privileges and shall be subject to therestrictions stated in this chapter.
