SECTION 31-18-10

   § 31-18-10  Walking in street prohibited.– Where sidewalks are provided it shall be unlawful for any pedestrian to walkalong and upon an adjacent roadway. Where sidewalks are provided it shall belawful for a person to run or jog along and upon an adjacent roadway, and ifthe person shall begin to walk he or she shall walk upon an available sidewalk.
