§ 31-21-9 Angle parking. – Local authorities may by ordinance permit angle parking on any roadway, exceptthat angle parking shall not be permitted on any federal aid or state highwayunless the state traffic commission has determined by resolution or orderentered in its minutes, that the roadway is of sufficient width to permit angleparking without interfering with the free movement of traffic.
