SECTION 31-22-10

   § 31-22-10  Regulation as to school buses.– The division of motor vehicles is authorized to adopt any rules and regulationsthat it may deem necessary for the safety and protection of school childrenconcerning the type, construction, and equipment of motor vehicles primarilyused for the transportation of children to and from schools, to and from childcare facilities licensed by the department of children, youth and families, andto and from school sponsored activities including athletics andextra-curricular activities, and the operation of them. It may from time totime alter, rescind, or add to the rules and regulations.
