SECTION 31-24-11

   § 31-24-11  Specifications for reflectors.– Every reflector referred to in § 31-24-10 shall be mounted on the vehicleat a height not less than twenty inches (20") nor more than sixty inches (60")measured as set forth in § 31-24-3, and shall be of such size andcharacteristics and so mounted as to be visible at night from all distanceswithin three hundred fifty feet (350') from the vehicle when directly in frontof lawful upper beams of head lamps, except that visibility from a greaterdistance is required by this chapter of reflectors on certain types ofvehicles. Violations of this section are subject to fines enumerated in §31-41.1-4.
