SECTION 31-24-35

   § 31-24-35  Lamps on animal-drawn, farm,and road vehicles. – All vehicles, including animal-drawn vehicles and including those referred toin § 31-23-3 not specifically required by this chapter to be equipped withlamps, shall at the times specified in § 31-24-1 be equipped with at leastone lighted lamp or lantern exhibiting a white light visible from a distance offive hundred feet (500') to the front of the vehicle and with a lamp or lanternexhibiting a red light visible from a distance of five hundred feet (500') tothe rear. Violations of this section are subject to fines enumerated in §31-41.1-4.
