SECTION 31-26-3.2

   § 31-26-3.2  Immediate notice of accident.– The driver of a vehicle involved in an accident resulting in injury to or deathof any person, or any vehicle other than a vehicle moved by human powerbecoming so disabled as to prevent its normal and safe operation, shallimmediately by the quickest means of communication give notice of the accidentto the nearest office of a duly authorized police authority.
