§ 31-3-63 High Sheriff Emeritus –Anthony A. Giorgio. – The administrator of the division of motor vehicles is authorized and directedto issue a special registration plate for the private passenger motor vehicleof the former high sheriff of Kent County, Anthony A. Giorgio. This plate is tobear the identification "High Sheriff Emeritus" along with an appropriatenumber and the plate shall be furnished without additional registration chargefor such period of time as Anthony A. Giorgio so desires.
