SECTION 31-3-83

   § 31-3-83  Judge Emeritus – Vincent A.Ragosta. – The administrator of the division of motor vehicles is authorized and directedto issue a special registration plate for the private passenger motor vehicleof former Superior Court Judge, Vincent A. Ragosta. This plate is to bear theidentification "Judge Emeritus" with an appropriate number and a seal of thestate thereon imprinted and the plate shall be furnished without an additionalregistration charge for such period of time as Judge Ragosta so desires.
