SECTION 31-32-10

   § 31-32-10  Suspension for nonpayment ofjudgment. – The division of motor vehicles upon receipt of a certificate copy of a judgmentshall immediately suspend the license and registration and any nonresident'soperating privilege, of any person against whom the judgment was rendered,except as otherwise provided in this chapter.
