SECTION 31-32-11

   § 31-32-11  Exception in relation tocertain vehicles. – The provisions of § 31-32-10 shall not apply with respect to any judgmentarising out of an accident caused by the ownership or operation, withpermission, of a vehicle owned or leased to the United States, this state, or amunicipality of it, any ambulance owned by a hospital, or any motor propelledfire engines or other fire apparatus owned by volunteer fire companies whetherincorporated or not, any motor vehicle owned by volunteer fire companieswhether incorporated or not, any motor vehicle owned by a representative of aforeign country duly accredited to the United States government, nor any motorvehicle which is subject to the requirements of any of chapters 12 – 14 oftitle 39.
