SECTION 31-32-7

   § 31-32-7  Action in respect tononresidents. – Whenever the division of motor vehicles suspends or revokes a nonresident'soperation privilege by reason of a conviction or forfeiture of bail, theprivilege shall remain suspended or revoked unless the person shall havepreviously given or shall immediately give and maintain proof of financialresponsibility for the future.
