SECTION 31-37-20

   § 31-37-20  Severability. – If any part of this chapter or chapter 36 of this title shall be declaredunconstitutional or invalid, the unconstitutionality or invalidity shall in noway affect the validity of any other portion of it which can be givenreasonable effect without the part so declared unconstitutional or invalid.
