SECTION 31-41.2-7

   § 31-41.2-7  Use of evidence in criminaland civil cases. – Nothing in this chapter shall prohibit the use of evidence produced by anautomated traffic violation detection system in a criminal or private civilproceeding provided that the admissibility of such evidence shall follow theapplicable laws and rules of procedure and rules of evidence which apply incriminal and civil cases.
