SECTION 31-42-11

   § 31-42-11  Penalties – Costs. –Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter regarding abandonedmotor vehicles on private property, shall be fined not more than five hundreddollars ($500). In addition, the violator shall be responsible for all costsrelating to the approval and disposal of the abandoned motor vehicle paid bythe private property owner or local municipality.
