§ 31-5.2-14 Consumers' council automobiledispute settlement panel – Motor vehicle arbitration board. – Whenever the term "consumer's council automobile dispute settlement panel," forthe purpose of providing an independent arbitration procedure for thesettlement of disputes between consumers or lessees and manufactures concerningmotor vehicles which do not conform to all applicable express or impliedwarranties is used, the term shall mean the motor vehicle arbitration boardestablished by the department of attorney general pursuant to § 31-5.2-7.1.
