SECTION 31-5-25

   § 31-5-25  Hearing on suspension orrevocation of license. – No license shall be suspended or revoked except after a hearing. The departmentof revenue shall give the licensee at least five (5) days' written notice ofthe time and place of the hearing, together with the reasons for thedepartment's proposed action.
