§ 31-50-5 Annual report. – On or before the thirty-first day of January the designated assistant orspecial assistant attorney general and the director shall prepare and submit tothe governor and to the board a comprehensive report of all of the activitiesof the office including, but not limited, to vehicle recovery statistics,arrests, prosecutions, convictions, and restitution.
