SECTION 31-51-4

   § 31-51-4  Hearings. – Evidence from a live digital video school bus violation detection monitoringsystem shall be considered substantive evidence in the prosecution of all civiltraffic violations. Evidence from a live digital video school bus violationdetection monitoring system approved by the school department shall be admittedwithout further authentication and such evidence may be deemed sufficient tosustain a civil traffic violation. In addition to any other defenses as setforth herein, any and all defenses cognizable at law shall be available to theindividual who receives the citation commencing a prosecution under thischapter.
