SECTION 31-51-6

   § 31-51-6  Use of evidence in criminal andcivil cases. – Nothing in this chapter shall prohibit the use of evidence produced by a livedigital video school bus violation detection monitoring system in a criminal orprivate civil proceeding provided that the admissibility of such evidence shallnot follow the applicable laws and rules of procedure and rules of evidencewhich apply in criminal and civil cases.
