SECTION 31-7-5

§ 31-7-5 Suspension or revocation ofrights of nonresidents. – Whenever the division of motor vehicles shall suspend or revoke the right ofany nonresident person to operate any motor vehicle, or to have operated anymotor vehicle, owned by any nonresident upon the public highways of this state,it shall suspend or revoke that right for the same periods of time and upon thesame grounds that it is required to suspend or revoke the license of anychauffeur or operator by §§ 31-11-6, 31-11-7, 31-11-8, and 31-11-18.
