SECTION 32-7-2

   § 32-7-2  Legislative findings. – It is hereby found and declared that:

   (1) The freedom to travel is among America's most cherishedliberties, and the recreational vehicle and automobile are key modes of travelfor those enjoying this freedom.

   (2) Recreational vehicle parks and campgrounds provide secureplaces of refuge for recreational vehicle users and campers.

   (3) A comprehensive set of standards for recreational vehiclepark and campground development and operation has been developed by nationallyrecognized organizations and institutions and these standards provideadequately for the health, safety, and welfare of the public.

   (4) The public interest and safety are best served by havinguniform standards for recreational vehicle park and campground development andoperation from state to state.
