SECTION 33-11-29

   § 33-11-29  Statements of contested claimsagainst insolvent estate. – At least fourteen (14) days before the first scheduled hearing date for claimsin an insolvent estate as set forth in § 33-11-28, the executor oradministrator shall file in the office of the probate clerk a statementdisallowing claims, not previously disallowed, as he or she intends to contest,and he or she shall from time to time, and as soon as may be, file a likestatement with respect to any claim thereafter filed which he or she intends tocontest.
